Add Projector devices to control it in Tasks

In these Tasks we will use projectors’ Devices, Calendar.
We will see later that we can use as well projector devices to design UI Panel.

Add Projector Devices

• Open the Devices tab
• Click on the button + and write in the search bar : Barco Projector, add 9 devices.
• Enter the IP for each projectors following the array:

Power ON/OFF video projectors

• Create a task that you rename VP Power ON
• Select all the projectors from the Devices tab
• Drag & drop into the subtasks area
• Select all this subtasks and set the action to Power ON
• Select the task VP Power ON and copy/paste
• Rename it to Power OFF
• Select all the subtasks and set the action to POWER OFF in the Editor tab
• Give color to both Tasks

Let’s do the same for Shutter ON/OFF and group these tasks into a folder named VIDEO PROJECTORS.
