You installed your application. Your dongle is connected, and you have a Codemeter popup error.
You have a Modulo Kinetic Designer 2D license:
If you have the following popup, it means you have an issue with the activation of Modulo Kinetic Designer 2D on your dongle:
There might be an issue with the dongle.
Check on this page that you have followed all necessary steps.
If you have the following popup, it means you installed the wrong version of Modulo Kinetic Designer.
You need to install the Modulo Kinetic Designer 2D version.

You have a regular Modulo Kinetic Designer or Modulo Kinetic Designer 2D+3D:
If you have the following popup, it means you have an issue with the activation of Modulo Kinetic Designer or Modulo Kinetic Designer 2D+3D on your dongle:
There might be an issue with the dongle.
Check on this page that you have followed all necessary steps.
If you have the following popup, it means you installed the wrong version of Modulo Kinetic Designer.
You need to install the regular Modulo Kinetic Designer version.

If there is still an issue, follow the following steps:
You have an issue with a Kinetic VNode:
Open the Modulo Kinetic Designer:
Go on the V-Nodes menu > Open Remote settings > Choose the server > Click on the License tab.
First check that the dongle is detected.
Then check that your Modulo Kinetic VNode is on the list.
Check that the version is not outdated if there is a date limitation.
No dongle visible:
We will check more in depth using Codemeter tools.
Go to the taskbar and double click on the Codemeter icon:
Then check that the dongle is visible in the list.
If you have this, your dongle is not detected.
Check the connection of the dongle.
If it is still not detected, Contact our support team.
If the dongle is listed, it means that the dongle is correctly detected and that you have an issue with the license.
Click on Administration web.
After clicking on Administration web, you have access to all licenses available in your dongle.
Check if it is correct.
If you have still an issue, you need to Contact our support team.
The license is not available:
If it is for the Modulo Kinetic 2D or 2D+3D, check that you have correctly installed the license in the dongle.

If it is a regular Modulo Kinetic media server, Contact our support team.
