From Kinetic v6.1.5 and onwards Kinetic Designer will automatically upload a crash log to Modulo Pi if it is connected to the internet when the crash occurs.

If the network on which the Kinetic Designer workstation and V-Nodes are present is not connected to the internet and you would like to send a crash report, you can zip the crash folder located at :

C:\Users\Modulo\Documents\ModuloKinetic\crash

and send it to the support team.

Please include in your message the version of Kinetic Designer you were running and a detailed description of what happened when the crash occurred.

Please take care to log into the V-Node’s desktop using VNC and send the crash folder located on the V-Node if the crashes concern the V-Node and not the Kinetic Designer workstation.
