Playlist creation

The Playlist tab is used to create and control the core of your show.

You can find more details on this tab in the Playlist tab manual page.

Open the Playlist tab and add several cues in the playlist using the button.

*Note: It is good practice to always leave cue 1 empty.
This ensures nothing is loaded on the screen when the Project is launched and it allows a proper preload of the show’s first cue, which will be cue 2.

Select cue 2 and click in the first layer’s video area.

The media list opens on the left.

Drag & drop the Red_Loop.mp4 media in the video field of the first layer.

Set the Fade in time to 2 seconds.

Set the Media mode to Loop so that it loops when it reaches the end.

*Tip: The first cue can be set to a default empty cue template (with fade times or properties specific to this Playlist) and copy/pasted to create cues with these settings already configured.
