We will use the monitoring to display the PGM and the 4 outputs.
Click on the 
button to add a a monitoring preset.
Leave the default values for Out and Size : top left: 0,0 and resolution 1920×1080.
Set the number of Rows to 3.
In the first row, drag & drop the PGM from the selection on the left.
Subdivide the second and third rows into 2 columns and drag & drop the 4 outputs in each section.
Note that the monitoring has the same Out values as Output 1 and will therefore be displayed over it and block a physical output.
To avoid this, you can activate the NDI option and the monitoring will be streamed on the network and not block an output.
