Description

Applies a displace effect, where the geometric position of points from the input image are displaced according to another image, often called a Displacement Map. More information.

Properties

Global

  • Amount X : Sets the amount of displacement to operate along the X axis. The sign of the value (+ or -) will affect the direction of the displacement.
    Default : 0.000
  • Amount Y : Sets the amount of displacement to operate along the Y axis. The sign of the value (+ or -) will affect the direction of the displacement.
    Default : 0.200
  • Relative : Sets an amount of movement to add to the displacement. 0.5 on both values will keep the base image static during the displacement.
    Default : 0.500 – 0.500

Options

  • xComponent : Choose which color channel should be used to displace along the X axis.
    Default : Luma
  • yComponent : Choose which color channel should be used to displace along the Y axis.
    Default : Luma
  • Wrap Mode : Select what should happen when the image leaves the border. Set it to None to use and see only one copy of your base image
    Default : Repeat
