By clicking on the Menu > File, you will find Import.
Import, as you may guess, allows you to import data from another project.
In here, you can select what you want to import from another project, section by section.
When you are done simply click Import.
After clicking on the Import button, Kinetic kindly ask you if you are sure to perfom this import.
