Modulo Kinetic supports most 3D rigged models and their animations.

Once the model is imported, you can find the whole hierarchy of the skeleton(s) in the Skeletons tab.

In addition, you can drag and drop each bone in the graph to retrieve the following properties:

Property Description
X X coordinate of the bone
Y Y coordinate of the bone
Z Z coordinate of the bone
RotX Rotation of the bone along the X axis
RotY Rotation of the bone along the Y axis
RotZ Rotation of the bone along the Z axis
Sx Scale of the bone along the X axis
Sy Scale of the bone along the Y axis
Sz Scale of the bone along the Z axis

When selecting a bone, you can see the values of the Position, Rotation and Scale properties.

Motion capture


With the Neuron Mocap device, you can animate an entire skeleton and it’s associated mesh.

To do this, add the device in question, create a patch and retarget each bone by drag and dropping them into the list of bones provided by the device.
